Nice apartment in a peaceful location, on Aholansaari isle. Access to the island along the ice road in the winter.


The Aholansaari junior suites consist of 12 apartments for 2+3 people and 3 apartments with equipment for the handicapped for 2 people.

All the apartments have own saunas and a small kitchen. Also the conference space Ahjo is located in the same building (approx. 80 seats).
The apartments are modern holiday apartments with good equipment.
You can take care of the food service yourself or order the dining package from the lunch restaurant Hunajan Pisara (tel. +358 (0)50-4641000).


At the distance of some tens of meters, there are Aholansaari skiing tracks (approx. 9km), with connection to Tahko skiing tracks.
The Ukko-Paavo Ruotsalainen cabin museum invites you also to calm down and get acquainted with the Savonia peasant history and the early stages and the modern days of pietism.
Presentation can be organized on order.
The price includes the end-of-stay cleaning.

For the apartment, prices per person are used, and the price is set according the number of people.


Aholansaari isle is a center for having courses and spending freetime, working in the spirit of pietism. Its owner is the Aholansaari foundation, the task of which is to cherish the cultural and ecclesiastical heritage of the pietism leader Paavo Ruotsalainen and maintaining spiritual life in the spirit of pietisim.

More information: The holiday home is situated on the Aholansaari isle and in the wintertime, it is possible to drive there on your own car along the ice road (about 1,4km), BUT YOU SHOULD CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE ICE ROAD ON THE WEBSITE (www.aholansaari.fi). When the ice road is not in use, there will be a notice of the time of bad roads on the shore and the website.
